a refueling charge of $6.50 per gallon, which will be automatically
charged to the credit card on file with no exceptions.
CONDITION OF VEHICLE(S)
Cruisin’ Maui Rent-A-Car, LLC
states that to the best of its knowledge
and belief that the above-described vehicle(s) is/are in safe condition
and free of any known mechanical and cosmetic defects, unless as given
in additional Vehicle Inspection Form. You acknowledge that the
Vehicle has no damage except what is listed on the Inspection Form.

. Said deposit is to be used, in the
event of loss or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of
this Rental Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary
repairs or replacement; and shall also be used by us to cover any
outstanding tickets received within the rental period if not covered by
the Renter. In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit will be
returned no later than 30 days after the vehicle has been returned.
RENTAL PERIOD
Rental Days are based on 24 hour Rental Period. The Owner agrees to
rent the above-described vehicle to the Renter for the following period:
