Releasee’s executors, administr ators, heirs, successors and assi gns (hereinafter collectively
sometimes referred to as “Relea sees”) from all caus es of actions, actions , debts, sums of
money, accounts, bonds, bills, covenants, contract s, controversies, promises, agreements,
trespasses, variances, judgments, damages, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, in law,
equity and/or admiralty, which against the said Releasees, the Releasor , his/her executors,
administrators, successors and assigns have, ever had or may have in the future, by reason of
any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of time to the date hereof.
The words “Releas or” and “Releasee” include the singular and the plural wherever
construction of this instrument dictates.
This Release may only be changed in writing.
