Confit of duck leg and pan-seared duck breast with blood orange sauce. Served with
wild rice pecan pilaf and a creamed spinach souffle.
SIRLOIN STEAK AU POIVRE
Our own grass-fed beef with dijon artichoke sauce. Served with delmonico potatoes
with carrot and shallot puree.
Sea scallops, lobster, shrimp and crab with cream sherry, baked in a puff pastry, served
with vegetable medley.
ALL MEALS ($40 EACH) INCLUDE:
Arugula Salad for Two: Baby arugula, goat cheese, orange segments, candied
pecans and honey balsamic dressing.
A Dessert Sampler, which includes a chocolate-dipped Tuxedo strawberry,
chocolate raspberry truffle square and a mini fresh fruit tart.
All dinners also include a beautiful red rose!
